  1、可以做成紅米飯,紅米很難煮,建議泡一天再煮,而且飯比粥好吃,一般紅米和水的比例是1∶2.5。

  2、煮的時候要大火煮,最好打開鍋蓋,讓飯自由翻滾,要不然會溢得到處都是紫黑色的水。

  3、以後就轉小火慢慢焖,焖二十至三十分鐘左右,煮出很香的紅米飯。
