  1、将浸泡黑糯米的水過濾出來,倒入糯米粉中,揉成糯米面團,生面團的顔色是淡淡的粉紫色;

  2、取小塊面團,放上豆沙餡,再包嚴,放在手中輕揉整形成光滑的球狀;

  3、包好的團子放在粽葉上,入蒸鍋蒸,鍋内水開後再蒸約10分鐘即可,蒸熟的團子顔色呈深紫色。
