  1、材料:米飯、臘腸、香菇、胡蘿蔔、香蔥、姜絲、生抽、料酒。

  2、香菇洗淨泡發;

  3、臘腸切片、胡蘿蔔切小塊、香菇切粗絲、姜切細絲、香蔥切末;

  4、鍋裡加少許油加熱,姜絲炝鍋;

  5、倒入臘腸和香菇翻炒出香味,加入胡蘿蔔,再加少許料酒;

  6、倒入白米飯;

  7、将鍋鏟垂直,剁炒米飯;

  8、直至飯粒炒開,均勻上色;

  9、撒香蔥翻炒出鍋即可。
