  1、藕1節、大蔥1段、辣椒(紅,尖,幹)6個、生抽50克、花椒6克、醋15克、老抽10克、清水适量、白糖10克、油适量、食鹽适量。

  2、方法:蓮藕去皮洗淨後切厚片,準備好幹紅辣椒,花椒和大蔥。将藕片放入加了少許醋的清水裡浸泡。熱鍋上油,油熱後下蔥絲炝鍋,放入幹辣椒段,花椒小火煸香。倒入瀝過水的藕片翻炒。調入醋,醬油,白糖,食鹽翻炒至直藕熟。
