  1、材料:辣椒、元蔥、胡蘿蔔各1個、蝦500克、蔥姜蒜末1小碗、豆瓣醬1勺、黃酒1勺、醋1勺、糖1勺、胡椒碎适量。

  2、辣椒、元蔥、胡蘿蔔各1個、蝦500克、蔥姜蒜末1小碗、豆瓣醬1勺、黃酒1勺、醋1勺、糖1勺、胡椒碎适量;

  3、熱鍋爆香豆瓣醬、姜蒜末,放入蝦翻炒,烹入黃酒、醋、糖;

  4、蝦變色後,放入蔬菜塊、蔥末大火翻炒;

  5、出鍋前,撒胡椒碎調味就可以了。
