可以。仙人掌果裡面帶有較多的小籽,其主要含纖維素、礦物質等成分,質地堅硬,常與果肉一起食用,若用仙人掌果榨汁,建議将這些籽過濾掉,以免影響果汁的口感。仙人掌果營養豐富,味道酸甜,含有豐富的植物營養素,果肉中含有維生素B2、B1、B12、D3以及核黃素、花青素、可溶性纖維等對人體有益的營養成分。可以直接食用,也可以榨汁、制作果醬等。
