  1、食材:雞肉适量,胡蘿蔔一根。

  2、雞肉洗淨切丁,熱水煮一分鐘左右,換輔食機蒸15~20分鐘!(蒸鍋也一樣)

  3、胡蘿蔔去皮切丁,蒸15分鐘。

  4、雞肉丁、胡蘿蔔丁一同放入輔食機或者用料理棒,打成泥!加适量的開水或者母乳、嬰兒奶粉,調成适合自己寶寶的稠度,就可以吃了。
