  1、橄榄菜(kale borecole)是廣東潮汕地區風味小菜,經加工制作後具“清、鮮、爽、嫩、滑”等特點。富含橄榄油珍貴營養成份和多種維生素及人體必需的鈣、碘,還含有鐵、鋅、鎂等多種微量元素。

  2、取橄榄甘醇之味,芥菜豐腴之葉煎制而成。橄榄菜食之開胃消食,幫助消化,增進食欲。
