  1、平常腌漬胡蘿蔔時需要提前準備新鮮的小紅蘿蔔适當,鹽、白砂糖和白米醋必須适當提前準備一些。再提前準備一個幹淨面盆。

  2、把小紅蘿蔔用冷水洗淨,除掉水份,用刀切掉它表層的毛須,加食鹽腌漬一天,腌好之後把腌出的水份除掉不要。

  3、把腌好的小紅蘿蔔放到盆裡加白砂糖和白米醋調均勻,入電冰箱腌漬三到五天,這時候小紅蘿蔔就能進味,嘗一個甜酸可口,非常美味。
