  1、主料:玉米1根 鹹蛋黃2個2人份、花生油适量;

  2、準備好食材,玉米粒掰下備用;

  3、蛋黃搗碎;

  4、熱鍋倒油;

  5、倒入玉米粒炒熟盛出備用;

  6、鍋中留油,倒入鹹蛋黃小火炒至冒出細小的泡泡;

  7、倒入玉米粒,均勻裹上鹹蛋黃即可。
