  1、新鮮烏頭魚一條、香茅兩條、幹蔥一個、芫茜頭兩條、糖、魚露、酸梅汁和酸梅(壓爛)、蔥段。

  2、香茅兩條、幹蔥一個、芫茜頭兩條,都打碎、加上蝦醬和胡椒拌成醬料。

  3、水燒下把醬料和姜絲放下煮開後加入魚煮十分鐘。

  4、下糖、魚露、酸梅汁和酸梅(壓爛)、蔥段,煮3分鐘,加入香菜葉倒入一點白醋,起鍋即可。
