準備用料。山藥、青紅椒 鹽、雞精、雞湯、白糖、白醋、蔥、姜。

将山藥去皮洗淨切成片,青紅椒、蔥、姜洗淨切成絲。

鍋點火放入清水,待水開後倒入山藥絲、青紅椒絲焯一下撈出,過涼控幹水分。

将雞湯、鹽、雞精、白糖、白醋、蔥姜絲放到鍋中調成汁。

坐鍋點火放入油,油熱倒入山藥絲、青紅椒絲、倒入調好的汁翻炒均勻,出鍋裝入盤中即可食用。
