  1、主料:長紅椒适量;輔料:蒜适量、豆豉适量、姜片适量;

  2、紅椒去頭,一根切成3段。蒜姜切末,豆豉泡水5分鐘瀝幹水撈出。

  3、鍋内下油,可以稍微多放點油,紅椒下鍋先煎一面再翻另一面煎,煎到皮變色兩面煎軟。接着放入蒜末姜末和豆豉爆炒,等所有輔料炒出香味,撒入少量生抽,一茶匙糖繼續翻炒,最後噴入陳醋,順序炒勻,起鍋裝盤。

  4、小貼士:辣椒選皮稍微有點厚度有辣味那種,最好不用水果椒。用青椒的味道應該會更好。
