  1、 扁豆掐頭去尾洗白白後先上鍋蒸15分鐘,

  2、扁豆蒸熟後剁碎倒在肉餡裡,加鹽、醬油、一點點白胡椒粉、料酒、姜末、蔥末,另外秘訣就是再加點蚝油,絕對提鮮法寶,用筷子順時針攪拌拌勻。

  3、和面,醒半小時左右,兩人份一斤面足矣。

  4、擀擀皮,捏捏餃子。

  5、點水一次,煮個三五分鐘就可以了。
