  1、土豆炒菇竅門:土豆、香菇、青紅椒混合炒成,味道鮮美。

  2、土豆切成略粗的的塊(比較易熟,而且香);香菇切成薄片;青紅椒切成絲。

  3、起鍋熱少許油,将土豆煎至七、八分熟,加入香菇(蘑菇)翻炒,同時淋少許醬油和水,快熟時放入青紅椒絲,并用鹽、蘑菇精調味即可。
