  1、食材:大蝦6個、豆腐适量、雞蛋3個。

  2、雞蛋豆腐切厚片排入盤中;

  3、碗中打入雞蛋打散加鹽 溫水撇撇去浮沫過濾;

  4、倒入的蛋液上鍋蒸6分鐘,擺入蝦仁再蒸2分鐘,淋上醬油 蔥 辣椒絲潑上熱油即可。
