  1、準備精排250克、蘿蔔100克(蘿蔔切成薄片);

  2、準備枸杞16粒、姜切片、蔥切段;

  3、排骨洗淨用開水焯5分鐘充分把血末焯出,撈出備用;

  4、鍋内加清水1000克放排骨、姜片、蔥段,開鍋後小火炖1個時左右;

  5、關火前10分加入枸杞、鹽,調味出鍋即成。
