  1、将奶油、奶酪室溫軟化,隔熱水攪至順滑,加入牛奶、黃油攪拌至全部融合。

  2、分次加入蛋黃,每加一個都攪勻,篩入粉類,之字型拌勻,加入細砂糖,打至硬性發泡。

  3、取1/3蛋白入蛋黃糊中拌勻,再取1/3拌勻,再倒入蛋黃糊拌勻,倒入模具中。

  4、烤箱最後一層放烤盤,裝滿水,倒數第二層放烤網,放入模具,烤箱預熱130℃,烤50分鐘即可。
