  1、配方:黑大豆500克,米酒3000毫升。

  2、做法:将黑豆,米酒置于幹淨的瓷壇中,密封;瓷壇下用碳火煨,保持溫熱,估計酒已經蒸發至原來的一半,去豆取酒。每日服2次,每次2盅。

  3、好處:健脾氣,補中氣,顧護胃氣,适宜腦卒中後遺症人群。
