雞蛋用水蒸怎麼做好吃

  1、兩個雞蛋打散,加入等量的白開水,加少許鹽,用筷子把雞蛋打勻。

  2、打好的雞蛋過濾網,把氣泡過濾掉。

  3、用保鮮膜把網蓋住,上面用牙簽插幾個小洞。

  4、蒸鍋内的水燒開後把雞蛋液放入,中小火蒸,蒸12分鐘左右。

  5、雞蛋蒸熟後取出,倒入适量醬油,加入幾滴香油即可。
