  3、将絲瓜去皮切片或切丁,焯水後,瀝水備用。

  4、猛火将炒鍋加熱入油,待油溫升高倒入雞蛋炒熟盛碗備用。

  5、猛火将炒鍋加熱入油,待油溫升高倒入絲瓜炒熟,加入已熟雞蛋同炒,加入鹽,蔥花翻炒小會即可起鍋食用。
