豆花湯的家常做法

  1、食材:一碗豆腐花(無糖)、1勺辣椒面、兩棵香蔥。

  2、姜蒜切片,和花椒放入鍋中,加油小火炸香至姜蒜焦黃,撈出丢掉,油留在鍋底。趁熱時加辣椒面,用油的餘溫爆香盛出備用。

  3、鍋中倒水大火燒開,倒豆花煮開後,碗中加生粉和水調勻,鍋中加生抽,倒水澱粉拌勻後,加鹽和雞精調味,倒辣椒油關火,撒蔥花即可。
