  1、準備打蛋清的時候不妨加上幾滴白醋,很管用,炒出來鴨蛋好看又好吃,有那麼點像蟹黃。

  2、煮的時候放少許姜 煮好後再用涼水過一下 不僅沒腥味 還很容易剝皮。

  3、用鴨蛋炒蛋,還可以放入一個雞蛋與之混合,可減輕鴨蛋的腥味。
