  1、用料:一品鮮2勺、白糖1勺、香油微量、辣椒油1勺、蒜泥适量、蔥沫适量、香菜沫适量。

  2、準備個碗,三勺一品鮮;白糖;香油;辣椒油;蒜泥;蔥沫;香菜。

  3、幹辣椒需要提前榨油,鍋内油溫7成熱,澆在幹辣椒上即可。

  4、如果家裡有黑芝麻也可以往辣椒油中撒一些白芝麻,這樣拌出來的牛肉會更加的香。
