  1、大蒜拍碎,豌豆苗洗淨,鍋裡燒開水,放入半勺鹽和油,放入豌豆苗焯燙10秒鐘,撈出迅速放入涼水裡鎮一下,撈出。

  2、鍋中放油燒熱,把雞蛋攤成蛋餅,切絲備用,把拍好的蒜放入小碗中。

  3、加生抽,米醋,鹽,糖,香油,拌勻調成料汁,豌豆苗與蛋餅絲拌勻,澆上拌好的料汁,撒白芝麻拌勻即可。
