  1、将蝦、鮑魚、幹貝、鱿魚和丁香魚洗淨,蒸煮至其松軟,去殼,油炸成蝦丁、貝丁和鮑魚丁;鱿魚風幹切絲;丁香魚煎炒切丁;

  2、将幹紅椒和花椒剁碎,置于炒鍋中幹炒10-20min後加入步驟(1)中蝦丁、貝丁、鮑魚丁、鱿魚絲和丁香魚丁再幹炒10-20min,得到配料A;

  3、将調料醬與水按體積比為1∶5-7進行混合均勻後加入胡椒粉、八角、沙姜和菜籽油進行熬制1-2h,再加入配料A熬制0.3-0.5h後得到醬料B;

  4、排氣殺菌,醬料B裝罐,密封入庫,即可得到麻辣海鮮罐頭。
