  1、食材:胡椒餅面團300g,雪菜300g,豬絞肉50g,胡椒1小匙,鹽1小匙,香油1大匙,鮮雞粉1大匙。

  2、将雪菜300g,豬絞肉50g,胡椒1小匙,鹽1小匙,香油1大匙,鮮雞粉1大匙混合拌勻即為内餡。

  3、将面團分割成10等份,分别滾圓後,取适量内餡包入,靜置松弛10分鐘。

  4、将發酵完成的面團用手掌壓扁,以油溫180℃油炸至雙面呈金黃色,即撈起将油份瀝幹,趁熱食用即可。
