  1、開封後最好短時間内用完。如果酵母開袋後用不完,應采取正确方法保存。(切忌受熱受潮)酵母開袋後把開口封嚴,然後放入冰箱冷藏(或低溫幹燥處)保存活性。

  2、影響酵母穩定性的因素有水分、儲存溫度和有無氧氣存在等。酵母細胞在幹燥無空氣無營養物的條件下,處于休眠狀态,易于保存。
