  1、川味焖雞翼的用料:雞翼600g、姜随便、蒜頭幾粒、花椒、小紅椒、川味辣椒(類似老幹媽)。

  2、兩面切兩刀雞翅,然後飛水,切好所有配料。

  3、用不粘鍋慢火煎香兩面雞翅,然後放配料和川味辣醬鍋中間爆香。

  4、加水,放醬油,鹽,糖。

  5、蓋上焖6-7分鐘,最後上碟,好吃又下飯的川味焖雞翼即可出鍋。
