  1、材料:豬耳朵适量,郫縣豆瓣醬,尖椒兩個,胡蘿蔔50克。

  2、把醬豬耳朵切成絲。

  3、把尖椒切成絲,把胡蘿蔔也切成絲。

  4、起鍋倒油,油熱後放入姜和蒜爆出香味,然後放入一勺郫縣豆瓣醬炒出香味,接着放入切好的醬豬耳朵絲翻炒一下,放入尖椒絲和胡蘿蔔絲,加入一點糖,炒均即可。
