枸杞排骨湯做法

  1、材料:肋骨兩條、甯夏幹枸杞适量、紅蘿蔔一根、姜片、鹽、油。

  2、排骨斬成小段,洗幹淨後放入清水中,煮開去除血末浮物。

  3、接一鍋清水煮開,放入飛水後的排骨,姜片,洗淨的枸杞子,切塊的紅蘿蔔。

  4、大火煮開後轉中小火煲煮45分鐘,喝前加入鹽調味(加兩滴油香味濃郁些)。
