  1、黃油融化,炒軟蒜碎洋蔥碎蘑菇碎,慢慢炒,要三四分鐘為好。

  2、另一鍋融化黃油,小火炒面粉。

  3、分三次兌入牛奶,每次都要充分攪拌至沒有面疙瘩。

  4、放入蘑菇,鹽,胡椒粉,少許水,煮開,粘稠即可。

  5、接受雞精的可以放點提味。
