  胡蘿蔔半根、面粉60g、雞蛋2個、蔥1段、鹽5g、五香粉2g、蝦皮1小撮、生抽2ml、油20ml、清水100ml。

  胡蘿蔔洗淨切細絲,蔥切細蔥花。把鹽、五香粉、蝦皮倒入混合,打入雞蛋攪拌均勻。

  倒入面粉,逐步加入清水,攪拌成稍微濃稠一些的糊狀。不必過度攪拌,沒幹粉即可。

  最後放入生抽調色、調味,攪拌均勻。

  電餅铛裡倒入适量油,加熱。倒入面糊,鋪平鍋底。

  電餅铛是雙面加熱的,所以不用翻面。煎至兩面金黃,改刀裝盤即可。
