1、深圳證券交易所成份股價指數，簡稱深證成指（Compostional Index of Shenzhen Stock Market）是深圳證券交易所的主要股指。它是按一定标準選出40家有代表性的上市公司作為成份股，用成份股的可流通數作為權數，采用綜合法進行編制而成的股價指标。從1995年5月1日起開始計算，基數為1000點。
2、深交所的主要職能包括：提供證券交易的場所和設施；制定業務規則；審核證券上市申請、安排證券上市；組織、監督證券交易；對會員進行監管；對上市公司進行監管；管理和公布市場信息；中國證監會許可的其他職能。
