  1、鍋中加清水燒開,滴幾滴油,少許鹽,倒入蘆筍,斷生變色即可撈出,過冷水備用。

  2、鍋燒熱後,加入10克花生油,油溫6成時倒入鵝蛋液,大火炒熟盛出。

  3、鍋中加入花生油,倒入蒜末和小米辣;大火翻炒出香味,倒入蚝油調味調色。

  4、加入蘆筍,鵝蛋,大火繼續翻炒片刻,加鹽、雞精調味;翻炒均勻即可裝盤。
