  1、調料:蒜香汁、豉汁各80克,色拉油、鹽各5克,圓蔥末、姜末、蒜末各10克。

  2、蒜香汁配比:将50克蒜子切碎,加入5克切碎紅辣椒末混合,放入5克鹽和3克味精拌勻即可。

  3、蒜蓉味料配制:金蒜蓉200克,銀蒜蓉(即生蒜蓉)150克,蒜香粉、廣東米酒、芝麻油、鹽各20克,味精、雞汰白胡椒粉各10克,調勻即可。
