  1、南瓜500克,澱粉50克,姜、大蒜、白糖、花生油、鹽各适量。

  2、南瓜洗淨去蒂、皮、籽。

  3、切成長條,抹上鹽、拍勻澱粉。

  4、放入油鍋内炸至金黃色撈出。

  5、鍋中注油燒熱,下入姜、大蒜稍炒,放入南瓜及調味料,翻炒數均勻即可起鍋。
