  1、配料:蔥、姜、鹽、料酒、花椒各适量。

  2、做法:雞肝洗淨後涼水下鍋,煮開後撇去血末并加入所有配料;加完配料後繼續煮3分鐘關火蓋上鍋蓋,在原湯中泡4—5個小時就可以了;撈出後切片可以直接吃,也可以加入各種蔬菜炒着吃;
