弋陽的韭菜餅的做法和配方

  1、面粉一碗半、韭菜一碗、鹽一茶匙。

  2、将韭菜切段和面粉,鹽,雞蛋加水調成厚點的面糊。

  3、鍋内加少量的油,将面糊倒入适量,攤平。

  4、煎至面糊顯透明狀時翻面,再煎一會直到兩面金黃就好了。

  5、注意:韭菜餅的調料口味因人而異,一般隻需添加食鹽即可,也有少數人會加點胡椒粉或味精,不過分量都很少。
