幹鍋冒菜的做法和配方

  1、準備好半袋火鍋底料,購買些适合吃火鍋的蔬菜和各種丸子。蔬菜洗淨備好,丸子化凍備好裝盤。

  2、鍋裡燒熱,放入半袋火鍋底料小火慢炒一會,放入準備好的丸子,适量加點清水,在鍋裡翻炒一會,清水快要被收幹的時候,放入蔬菜再翻炒一會就好了(因為蔬菜熟得很快,所以後面下鍋)

  3、水分幹了以後再在鍋裡翻炒一下,這就是幹鍋冒菜。
