  1、先将排骨斬件。排骨焯水。綠竹筍焯水。

  2、冬菇、木耳用溫水泡發。切好辣椒。

  3、起油鍋,爆香蒜頭、下焯過水的排骨稍微翻炒一下。

  4、加入料酒、加水蓋過排骨,然後将冬菇、木耳、大料、香葉、鹽等一起入鍋,燒開後文火慢炖。

  5、水快收幹時加入辣椒翻炒片刻即可。
