  1、食材:木瓜一個(約一斤半重),雪蛤油2到3克,鮮奶一杯,水一杯,冰糖适量。

  2、雪蛤油泡發至白色半透明的狀态,備用。

  3、木瓜洗幹淨外皮,在頂部切出2/5作蓋,木瓜盅切成鋸齒狀,挖出核和瓤,木瓜放入炖盅内。

  4、冰糖和水一起煲溶,然後放入雪蛤膏煲半小時,加入鮮奶,待滾,滾後注入木瓜盅内,加蓋,用牙簽插實木瓜蓋,隔水炖至水開之後20分鐘左右即可。
