  1、準備材料:瑤柱200克、粉絲100克、蒜蓉、香菜、蔥花、生抽、白糖、枸杞适量。

  2、粉絲拿熱水泡軟,鋪在盤底,瑤柱洗好切十字刀放在粉絲上。撒上蒜末。為了好看,十字刀口處放了枸杞。

  3、鍋内燒開水,隔水将盤放入蒸5分鐘,焖5分鐘。

  4、端出後,把蒸出來多餘的水沘掉。鍋燒油,放入蔥花,香菜,澆到菜上。将生抽,白糖在熱水中融化,澆到整個菜上即可。
