  1、宰殺一隻公雞,将公雞洗淨,去爪及内髒,放入沸水鍋内氽煮片刻,撈出後,用涼水洗淨。

  2、冬蟲夏草用溫水洗淨泥沙,姜、蔥白洗淨、切片,待用。

  3、将雞切成大塊,放入鍋内加水、料酒,用大火煮沸後改小火煲2小時。

  4、冬蟲夏草,先用水浸泡10分鐘。當步驟三完成後,将煲熟的雞肉和湯,倒入炖盅内,同時放入冬蟲夏草、味精、鹽等調味,再加蓋再上籠溫火炖1小時,即可得美味雞湯食用。
