  1、幹木耳35克、洋蔥半個、醬油2茶匙、白糖少許、醋1茶匙、花椒油适量、紅、青椒1個。

  2、幹木耳用溫水泡發後去蒂洗淨,過水焯熟後放涼備用。

  3、洋蔥切圈,紅、青椒切絲備用。

  4、将醬油、白糖、醋、花椒油加水調勻成醬汁。

  5、将焯好的木耳、洋蔥圈、紅、青椒絲和醬汁拌勻即可。
