  1、材料:速凍餃子1袋、油4湯匙(50ml、清水6湯匙(100ml)、小蔥12根、黑芝麻3茶匙(15g)。蘸醬:剁椒、豆豉、陳醋、少許糖。

  2、将速凍餃子在鍋裡排開,放入清水,以沒過餃子為宜,蓋上鍋蓋,約煎10分鐘左右。鍋裡的水沸騰後用小刷子給每個餃子刷點油,然後撒上芝麻、小蔥末,再蓋上蓋子。等水收幹就可以起鍋,蘸着醬料食用美味無比。
