  1、材料:小鳕魚6個,洋蔥1個,紅辣椒适量。輔料:豆瓣醬1大匙,鹽、雞精、白糖、五香粉各适量。

  2、鳕魚收拾幹淨,切絲;洋蔥洗淨,切絲。

  3、将辣椒炒香,放入豆瓣醬炒香,接着放入小鳕魚絲翻炒,再放洋蔥一起炒熟。

  4、最後放入剩餘的調料翻炒一下即可出鍋。
