1、選地勢高、土質堅實且地下水位低的地方，向下挖一井窖，窖内墊10-15厘米左右厚的幹沙，将紅薯放在上面保存。
2、室内：室溫宜15℃左右，放在透氣的木闆箱内保存。切片：将地瓜切片後放到向陽地方晾曬幹後保存。
