  1、首先将芋頭切1厘米厚,隔水蒸20分鐘,趁熱壓芋茸。

  2、然後再燒熱豬油或植物油,将蔥炸香,去蔥渣。

  3、放入糖及芋茸,慢火炒至幼滑,逐漸加水煮透。

  4、最後将芋泥盛放碗中,隔水蒸至熱透即成了。
