  1、材料:瘦肉,胡蘿蔔,木耳,青椒,姜絲,蒜均适量。

  2、将材料洗淨,肉,胡蘿蔔,木耳各切成絲塊備用,青椒切成大絲塊。

  3、将油倒入鍋中,至七成熱時,下蒜,姜絲爆香,再下青椒稍炒,下肉絲,加少量的鹽。

  4、肉絲變白再放入胡蘿蔔,翻炒1~2分鐘。

  5、将鍋中的菜剩入盤子裡,放入木耳絲,翻炒一分鐘左右,加少量水,煮1~2分鐘,将盤裡的菜倒入,翻炒均勻,放入鹽,雞精調味即可出鍋。
